Fully REMOTE position with base pay range of $160,000-$220,000 per year. This role supports a shareholder in crafting persuasive legal arguments in employment law cases. Compensation

Base pay range: $160,000/yr - $220,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and advocacy.
• Draft and refine motions, oppositions, appellate briefs, and legal memoranda with precision and persuasive clarity.
• Work closely with trial attorneys to craft compelling legal arguments tailored to each case.
• Stay abreast of evolving employment law precedents, legislative changes, and court rulings.
• Analyze case law, statutes, and regulations to strengthen and refine legal positions.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in California
• 4+ years of experience in legal research and writing, with a strong focus on employment law.
• Proven ability to draft high-impact legal briefs, dispositive motions, and appellate filings.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with litigation teams.
