- This position will monitor financial and operational processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.
- This will involve analyzing large datasets for inconsistencies, identifying priority issues, and driving resolution by engaging with cross functional teams in the organization.
- A willingness to develop business understanding and contributing to the team effort is a plus. The ability to generate ideas and drive improvements to processes, business methods or technical components is desired.
- Associate Degree plus or must have HS diploma with all skills
- Excel experience is required-- data analysis, pivot tables, etc..
- 2+years Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
