Endoscopy TechGastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Tech to join our team! At Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center, we believe health and care are inseparable. We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for all surgical procedures.Job Summary: The Endoscopy Tech functions under the direct supervision of a physician to assist with the operation of technical equipment used during simple and complex endoscopic procedures. The physician, registered nurse and the GI technician work as a team in the procedure room to provide the optimal conditions in achieving positive patient outcomes. The Endoscopy Tech is also responsible for cleaning, disinfecting and maintaining endoscopes and other instrumentation. Other Endoscopy Tech responsibilities include facilitating patient flow, room turnover.
