At Moxy Virginia Beach Oceanfront, we’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead operations across both of our dining venues: Belvedere, our popular breakfast diner, and Bar Moxy, our vibrant lobby bar and social hub. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily success of both outlets, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. We are seeking a leader who can confidently support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, working alongside the team to deliver outstanding food, beverage, and service experiences. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations at both Belvedere and Bar Moxy Support and lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams Deliver exceptional guest service and foster a fun, welcoming atmosphere Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Marriott brand standards Assist with scheduling, inventory management, labor controls, and operational efficiency Maintain quality standards for food, beverage, and service execution Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Pay rate is $20-$22 based on experience Join a Team that Puts Your Well-Being First!
