We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter X Functional Consultant to support the implementation and rollout of Teamcenter X for Medical Device product development and quality processes .

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, quality teams, engineering teams, and technical architects to translate business requirements into scalable PLM solutions while ensuring alignment with medical device regulations and industry best practices.

The role involves solution discovery, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, fit-gap analysis, process design, configuration guidance, testing, user adoption, and deployment support .

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

• Analyze AS-IS processes and define TO-BE process models aligned with Teamcenter X capabilities.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solution approaches using Teamcenter X best practices.
• Strong functional experience across Teamcenter X processes, including:
  • Part Management
  • BOM Management
  • Document Management
  • Change Management
  • Workflow Management
  • Classification
  • Requirements Traceability
• Experience with Teamcenter SolidWorks integration and Altium integration .
• Define business rules, workflows, lifecycle states, numbering schemes, and release processes.
• Support Design History File (DHF), Device Master Record (DMR), Document Control, and Design Control processes.
• Collaborate with integration teams for SAP, MES, ALM, QMS, and other enterprise system integrations .
• Work with engineering teams to support MCAD and ECAD data management processes.
• Support Teamcenter X integration requirements involving SolidWorks and Altium environments.
• Participate in UAT, defect management, solution validation, and deployment activities .
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Facilitate user training, change management, and business adoption.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and solution architects for successful project delivery.

Required Qualification

• 5 8 years of relevant Teamcenter/PLM experience.
• Strong functional experience with Teamcenter X .
• Experience in PLM process design, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of BOM, Change, Document, Workflow, Classification, and Requirements Management .
• Experience with SolidWorks and Altium integrations .
• Understanding of enterprise integrations involving SAP, MES, ALM, and QMS .
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
• Siemens Teamcenter certification(s) is an added advantage.
• Medical Device industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Teamcenter X Medical Device Foundation solutions is a plus.
• Experience with Teamcenter X SaaS deployments .
• Knowledge of the Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem .
• Experience with cloud-based PLM implementation methodologies .
