We're a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Albion, and we're looking for someone to lead our therapy department.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage the PT, OT, and speech team, keep caseloads and productivity where they need to be, and make sure documentation holds up under Part A and Part B review. You'll work closely with nursing and the administrator on admissions, discharge planning, and survey readiness.

What we're looking for

• Licensed PT, OT, PTA, COTA, or SLP in New York

• Prior rehab leadership experience in a SNF or LTC setting

• Someone comfortable carrying a small caseload alongside the management work
