We are seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Bank Call Center Representative to join our team during mid‑shift hours, providing essential support to clients during peak daytime activity. In this remote role, you’ll handle a variety of banking inquiries and transactions with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy ensuring each customer receives timely and secure service that reflects our commitment to excellence. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
