We are seeking exceptional, detail-oriented professionals for two positions. A dedicated surgical scheduler and a full-cycle medical revenue cycle management, in a busy multi-physician practice. These positions support patient care through thorough surgical coordination, effective communication, insurance verification, billing, payment posting, and end-to-end denial and accounts receivable resolution. Candidates should demonstrate strong medical administrative skills, dependable communication, and experience with eClinicalWorks.

 

Responsibilities

Opportunity one

• Coordinate surgical scheduling.
• Provide patient coordination and support.
• Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and insurance representatives.
• Verify insurance coverage and manage pre-authorizations.
• Opportunity two
• Submit claims and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Manage denials from submission through resolution.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical scheduling or revenue cycle management.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks.
• Medical billing experience, including commercial insurance carriers and Medicare.
• Accounts receivable management experience.
• Insurance verification experience.
• Payment posting experience.
• Knowledge of health insurance policies, Medicare guidelines, claims submission, and modifiers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.
• Dependability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
