HighlightsJob NumberBH_500006LocationROCHESTER, NYDate PostedJun 9, 2026Start DateImmediatelyJob TypeTemporary/ContractDescriptionCome build your career with Volt – where your skills matter, your growth is our mission, and opportunity is just the beginning.Volt is immediately hiring Quality Engineer at Rochester, NYAs a Quality Engineer, you willEnsure product quality and adherence to process compliance within a manufacturing environment.Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain ISO standards and meet regulatory requirements.Monitor processes and support quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.This is a 12 Month full time Contract or Contract to hire opportunity.What We’re Looking For:Must know AS9102 and QA-01.1.1 First article Inspection review and approval.Experience working on and reviewing corrective action responses for performance evaluationBA in Engineering or other technical disciplinePreferred Skills:Use Six Sigma & Lean concepts for supplier improvement of quality and delivery metricsProcess Flow Diagrams & Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, and First ArticlesPay Range: $50-55/hr.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
