Maintenance Technician

Location Maple Creek Village - Indianapolis, IN 46222 Position Overview Do you have 2 years of on‑site maintenance work experience in Multi‑Family/Residential properties? As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for prepping apartments for make‑ready turns, completing work service requests, and completing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
