NX CAM Programmer

Roles & Responsibilities Develop CNC machining programs using Siemens NX to create toolpaths and optimize machining processes Interpret technical drawings, job orders, blueprints, specifications, and design data to select appropriate machine tools and tooling Collaborate closely with engineers and machinists to produce high‑quality parts while minimizing waste and machining time Monitor machining activities to ensure cycle time matches CAM programming and continually optimize CNC programs for various machining operations Engage with stakeholders for status updates, technical discussions, and issue mitigation Prepare protocols and reports as per established procedures Manage Engineering Change processes to ensure documentation and implementation accuracy Additional Managerial Skills Leverage analytical skills for strategic decision making Rapidly learn concepts and apply them to enhance job performance Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards 5+ years of hands‑on experience in NX CAM programming Experience working with Medical Device manufacturing is preferred Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 per year TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive Comprehensive Medical Coverage: Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans.
