Service Desk Analyst

Our Client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join its IT Service Desk team as a contingent worker. This is a hybrid position based in Columbus, Ohio. Job Title: Service Desk Analyst Location: Columbus, OH Hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days remote) Pay Range: $21/hr on W2 What’s the Job? Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues. Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams . Document issues, resolutions, and service requests within the ticketing system. Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users across the organization. What’s Needed? Previous Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support experience. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
