What You’ll Do Outdoor Setup : Supervise the unloading and setup of materials such as cones, signs, and posts to prepare work zones for action. Precision Layout: Ensure construction areas are measured, marked, and perfectly aligned for efficient progress. Tool Master : Oversee the preparation and maintenance of tools and materials, ensuring everything is ready for a seamless installation. Jobsite Prep : Manage tasks like digging post holes, erecting signs, and cleaning up debris, keeping the site organized and safe. Tool Operator : Lead the team in hands‑on tasks using a variety of hand and power tools to complete work efficiently and to standard. Traffic Control : Safely direct and oversee the management of traffic around work zones, ensuring the safety of your crew and the public. Team Leader: Oversee the work of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Overseeing technicians with various tasks to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. Drive and Organize : Manage company vehicles and equipment, keeping everything in top condition and ready for the next project. Inspect and Perfect: Check traffic control devices for defects, ensuring everything is in perfect working order. Customer Focus: Improve customer service and satisfaction through effective leadership and communication. Physical Requirements Must be able to stoop, squat, crawl, climb, and perform other physical duties as needed for installations. Must be able to traverse uneven terrain in all types of weather. Must have physical strength, balance, hand‑eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas. Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.
