Job Description
Title: Weekend Field Nurse - Nursing

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 11:00pm

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- RN Nursing Diploma or Degree from accredited School of Nursing or University
- Minimum of one year of experience working with the frail, elderly, or long-term care population
- Minimum of one year home care experience preferred
- Minimum of one year wound care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct participant assessments to determine appropriate levels of care.
- Respond promptly to communications from primary care providers and support staff.
- Perform regular field visits to deliver essential nursing care, including wound care and health assessments.
- Document interactions, initiate emergency treatments as needed, and engage in quality improvement initiatives.
- Educate participants, families, and caregivers about care plans and treatments.
- Collaborate with providers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive participant support.
