Job TitleManufacturing EngineerJob DescriptionThe 737 program is looking for proactive and autonomous Manufacturing Engineers at mid-level and senior level. This position will support 737 increasing production rates and will integrate directly with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams. Responsibilities include leading projects through conceptualization to implementation, identifying process, manufacturing, or tooling improvements, troubleshooting production issues, collecting and interpreting data, effectively communicating and reporting out to leadership, identifying root causes and executing Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA), and assessing engineering change activity, evaluating potential factory disruption for complexity and impact.RequirementsRequired Skills: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. 3 or more years of experience working in an engineering discipline. Experience working in a production environment. 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level). Preferred Skills: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior). Experience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as Product Data Manager (PDM) and Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP). Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
