Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Description: Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS, RD/RDN, GA License (Quick turnaround - Could obtain during compliance) General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Dietician responsible for inpatient therapies and interventions to include calorie counts, tube feedings, food-drug interactions, TPN, treatment plan and nutrition assessments Ratio / Census: 1:100; 25 visits per day, average daily census of 280 Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBARScrub Color: Purple RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every 5th weekend Floating: Yes, within the facility Call Requirements: Yes, on weekends and after hours as assigned Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: New Year’s Eve and Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve and Day Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. Clinical Screen - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Locals accepted at the same rate Please Note: Number of Non-Billable Orientation Hours is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 10hrs for 10 week assignment)
