Lead Content Strategist

To support B2C retention marketing efforts, the full-time Lead Content Strategist will define and execute a comprehensive content strategy focused on user experience, personalized content planning, and digital design, working remotely across the USA. Key responsibilities Define and execute content strategy that aligns with business objectives and audience needs across various channels Collaborate with marketing strategy partners to translate insights into scalable content frameworks and high-impact experiences Partner with UX, SEO, product, research, and analytics teams to optimize content outcomes based on data and performance insights Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Content Strategy, User Experience (UX), and Content Management At least one (1) year in a leadership role Deep expertise in content strategy, including content audits and journey mapping Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including tools like Marketo and AEM
