Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our nursing team delivering hands-on hospice care throughout the community. Schedule: Per Diem, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, On-Call After Hours. Territory: Ellis and Dallas County. You will coordinate services, guide patients and families, and ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care within our interdisciplinary team.
