Job Description
Inside Sales/Customer Services Workers Needed! Apply today! Want to work in a rewarding environment? Looking for a chance at a long term career? Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Wages start at $20. Job Duties: Works with existing and potential customers to proactively and reactively sell products through consultative selling. Partners with the outside sales force to increase sales by supporting the outside staff through an established region. Creates and maintains accurate customer database records by entering customer calls, results and order information. Develops long-term repeat customer relationships. Acts as a liaison between the customer and internal departments such as engineering, quality, legal and operations as well as the outside sales force. Develops and maintains current product knowledge; maintains knowledge of market, new products or services, regulations, technical information, competition, warranties, product reliability and other general information of interest to the customer. Supports the sales efforts of sales management while maintaining a positive and professional relationship between the customer and Advance Services. Works with other functions, coordinates order release for shipment. Interacts closely with support departments regarding dealer credit and order disposition. Solid product knowledge, strong computer, sales and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact with diverse groups of people. Ability to meet deadlines and organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
