Administrative Support Assistant

Duties

Help

Maintain property book records.

Receive visitors to include answering phone calls.

Perform a wide variety of duties to support the administrative functions of the office.

Utilize automated equipment to include a variety of software programs.

Prepare estimates to be used in projected operating budget for supplies, equipment, etc.

Prepare travel orders and travel vouchers for supported employees.
