Project Manager - Energy

Project Manager – Energy Location: Chino, California Reports To: Project Executive Salary Range: $110,000 to $135,000 Eligible for Operations Bonus Plan. Position involves on-site travel and office work. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects. Manage planning, execution, and financial performance of projects. Lead and develop a high-performing project team. Apply business practices consistent with company values: people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Three (3) years of experience in renewable energy, preferably PV. Experience with estimating, cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting. Experience working with union workforces, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements. Valid state-issued driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
