Behavioral Health Clinician II: Care Management
Ohio State University
Ohio State University is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician 2 for Care Management. The clinician will provide crisis intervention, care management, and psychosocial assessments for patients at the OSU Behavioral Health Urgent Care. This role involves coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team and facilitating patient transitions. A Master’s degree in social work or counseling and relevant licensure (LPC or LSW preferred) are required.
