Key Responsibilities of a Talented Server

Greet, seat, and escort guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Provide enthusiastic menu recommendations and answer guest questions
Upsell additional products when appropriate to enhance guest experience
Take orders accurately using software, slips, or memorization
Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously
Maintain clean and attractive tables and tableware
Ensure every guest receives exceptional customer service

Qualifications for a Motivated Server

No experience necessary (we provide paid training)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
Flexible availability for shifts
