This is an in office position with future remote work possible based upon performance and future agency growth. No prior experience is necessary but licensing will be required upon hire. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Electronic file management. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests promptly and efficiently. Requirements Insurance license or ability to obtain license. Must be able to clear background check, being bondable and insurable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to prioritize, multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
