Project Executive

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Project Executive to lead and deliver projects that better people’s lives. Role Overview The Project Executive must develop and implement a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible. This includes managing all contacts with new and existing clients, overseeing single large projects or multiple projects, generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding, managing profit/loss, and supervising project staff. Responsibilities and Duties Generate business and maintain client relationships. Negotiate contracts and manage bid and estimate processes. Control project profit/loss, schedule and quality. Supervise project staff and develop successful teams. Ensure a culture of safety and quality assurance and control. Qualifications 10+ years proven track record of ensuring client satisfaction. 10+ years delivering on‑time, on‑budget projects. 10+ years maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets. 10+ years establishing a culture of safety and quality. 10+ years managing and developing successful teams. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent, with minimum 15 years of prior relevant experience.
