Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities by identifying leads Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the snow season, ensuring clear and timely communication Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences Overcome objections and handle rejection with a positive, results-driven attitude Qualifications Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills No prior experience required – we will train the right candidate Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly plus incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr Everest Snow Management
