Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
• Review prescriptions for completeness, accuracy, and potential drug interactions
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and storage
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and document interventions
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards
• Manage inventory and restock medications as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee
• Previous experience working as a Staff Pharmacist or RX Pharmacist
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmacy law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
