They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available throughout the experience. Bartenders provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Nothing feels better than winning as a team.Responsibilities:Listen to the CustomerDeliver exceptional service by understanding guests' preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages, alcohol policies and pre-batch processBuild rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.Be Respectful of Company ResourcesAccurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POSAdhere to pre-order and pre-batch processes to reduce waste and streamline operations.Show UrgencyExecute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring all sections are prepared for service and cleared at the end of the day.Proactively anticipate guest needs and act quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.Create Positive EnergyFoster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude during service.Train new bartenders to uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories:Food and BeverageAll issued training testing throughout employmentRequirements & Minimum QualificationsCurrent food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employmentMinimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environmentAvailable to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidaysAble to stand and/ or walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessaryAuthorized to legally work in the USLine Cook Compensation & Benefits:Hourly pay of $2.13 plus tipsAbility to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits (for employees who maintain full-time status)Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holiday (may vary depending on state and local laws)Ability to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.Employee Discount: 50% your total bill for you and up to five guests.The Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to your duties or amend this job description at any time.
