Continental's tire division employs more than 56,000 people worldwide and has 19 production and 16 development sites.Job DescriptionHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTSG 10/11The Account Quality Manager plays a critical role by overseeing all internal and external quality related activities for the Original Equipment (OE) Truck Tire & ContiKit groups in the Americas. A member of the OE Quality team, the AQM will participate in and coordinate activities among the Key Account Management teams, numerous internal departments, and manufacturing sites, while being the primary interface to the OE customers for quality topics.Specific duties include:Management and implementation of Customer Specific RequirementsSupport and oversight of PPAP and APQP activities within the assigned accountsManagement of customer complaints, including all structured problem solving activitiesCoordinate and manage customer audits of Continental plants and warehousesMonitor and react to customer satisfaction scorecardsInvolvement in Technical Compliance activities for all TT OE and ContiKit customersSupport the rapid expansion of ContiKit in North AmericaQualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLEBachelor's Degree2+ years of quality experience in the automotive industryExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience working directly with customersStrong understanding of Automotive Core Tools and Structured Problem Solving methodologiesAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeContinental is able to offer relocation assistance for internal candidates only.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
