About the Role
This is a founding product role at an AI-powered consumer intelligence platform, giving you full ownership of the product roadmap from day one. You will sit at the intersection of data infrastructure, identity resolution, and API-first product development, shaping how a platform operating at 250M+ profile scale evolves from enrichment API to a full intelligence and decisioning layer. This is a rare zero-to-one opportunity with real strategic influence.
What You’ll Do
- Own the complete product roadmap, spanning API schema design, match rate optimization, integrations, and the decisioning platform.
- Define data model strategy across coverage, latency, freshness, and identity resolution quality at massive scale.
- Lead the integration ecosystem across GTM and data stack tools including Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, CDPs, ad platforms, and data warehouse ETL pipelines.
- Drive the evolution from a data API and enrichment product toward a full intelligence and decisioning layer.
- Run tight feedback loops with revenue, data science, and engineering teams to translate field insights into concrete roadmap decisions.
- Write clear PRDs, API specs, and customer-facing changelogs that keep technical and non-technical stakeholders aligned.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time at a data infrastructure, identity, enrichment, or API-first company (such as a consumer data, identity graph, or B2B enrichment platform).
- Technical foundation: started as a software engineer, or holds a degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or a quantitative field, and has shipped technical products zero-to-one.
- Fluency in data schemas, match rates, coverage gaps, and latency, not just features and funnels.
- Track record building or scaling API-first products used by technical buyers such as engineers, data scientists, and RevOps teams.
- Hands-on, IC-style product ownership at a high-growth startup, ideally at the Series A to C stage.
- Experience with GTM and data stack tools: Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Segment, CDPs, and REST/ETL integrations.
- Ability to read codebases, reason about technical tradeoffs, and unblock engineering decisions without writing production code.
- Strong written communication skills across PRDs, specs, and external-facing product updates.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $180,000 to $240,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
