Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.Surgical Intervention: Perform complex surgical procedures on the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves. Utilize advanced surgical techniques to address neurological disorders. Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure successful outcomes.Patient Care: Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options.Collaboration: Work closely with other medical professionals, including neurologists, radiologists, and rehabilitation specialists. Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment.Research and Education: Engage in ongoing research activities related to neurosurgery. Stay current with advancements in neurosurgical techniques and technologies.
