As a Werner Driver Leader / Trainer (also known as a Coach or Mentor), you'll provide guidance, share your knowledge, and help new drivers gain the confidence they need behind the wheel. Your leadership plays an important role in developing drivers while helping shape Werner's future.

• Top performers earn up to $120,500 per year
• Annual pay range of $81,500–$114,500

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Have at least 6 months of safe driving experience
• Maintain an acceptable driving record
• Meet all DOT qualifications
• Pass a DOT physical, DOT drug screen, and company hair follicle test
• Be able to perform the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Provide acceptable employment references
