As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care and support to patients and their loved ones. Your expertise and dedication will ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care, focusing on symptom management, emotional support, and holistic well-being.
- Provide skilled nursing care and symptom management for hospice patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Offer emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
- BSN and/or previous hospice or case management experience preferred
