Revenue Cycle Trainer

Natera seeks a Revenue Cycle Trainer to design and deliver training programs for revenue cycle operations staff. The role involves creating training materials, facilitating learning sessions across multiple formats, and supporting employee skill development through coaching and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and skills-based training programs using instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats
• Develop and update training materials, job aids, process guides, and assessments with subject matter expert input
• Collaborate with operational leaders to understand workflows and translate them into actionable training
• Provide ongoing learner support through coaching, Q&A sessions, and follow-up support
• Track learner progress, maintain training records, and incorporate evaluation feedback to improve content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, education, or business
• 1–3 years of training, education, or revenue cycle operations experience
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and learning management systems
• Experience with content development tools such as Articulate Rise preferred
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and hands-on training approaches
• Ability to facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions

Compensation: $75,000–$93,700 USD
