Assembly & Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Starting at $18+/hr | Overtime Available | Climate-Controlled Facility

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools, air tools, and production equipment
• Operate assembly equipment, including saws, crimpers, and testing tools
• Read measurements and follow blueprints or work instructions
• Pull materials, package finished products, and prepare shipments
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counting
• Enter basic production data into computer systems
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Support multiple warehouse and production departments as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or general labor experience
• Experience using hand tools and reading measurements
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail

Schedule

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overtime available until 1:00 AM

This is a Contract position based out of HIAWATHA, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $20.35/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
