No stretching experience necessary. We will hire and train the right candidate. We will teach you our industry leading 36-Stretch Protocol and certify you as a StretchMed CST (Certified Stretch Therapist).

This position requires:

1. Saturdays

2. Physical strength, agility, and stamina that may involve kneeling throughout the day while working with clients.

3. Working closely with both male & female clients.

4. Must have a certification, license, or degree in exercise science or related field (massage therapy included) .

Who We Are
StretchMed® is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching model that comes out of the fitness space. Our proprietary stretch protocols were developed from over 50+ years of hands-on experience working with clients in fitness. Our Certified Stretch Therapists (CST™) use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques in 1-on-1 stretch sessions. All stretch appointments end with percussion therapy, to accelerate and enhance tissue repair by maximizing blood flow and muscle relaxation.

Role Description

· Full-Time, 42hrs; Saturdays required
· Perform Stretch Therapy with clients
· Assess & identify client needs
· Educate clients on proper stretch technique
· Promote the benefit of consistency with stretching
· Offer professional recommendations
· Sell memberships
· Build relationships with members
· Generate leads & assist in studio growth & retention
· Follow up with leads,
· Social Media Participation & Engagement
· Basic admin & studio cleanliness
· Weekdays and weekend availability

Salaried: $40k/yr, with Bonus Opportunities

Requirements:
● Certification, license, or degree in exercise science or related REQUIRED
● Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices
● Understanding of sales strategies & customer service best practices
● Exceptional relationship-building skills
● Social media and technology proficient
● Able to learn fast and follow systems
● Able to stand for extended periods of time & perform stretch thereapy
● Capable of performing stretching therapy, which requires manual dexterity, agility & stamina to guide and support clients through stretches
● Reliable transportation
● Professional in demeanor and work well with others
● Contribute to studio culture & team synery

License/Certification:
Required: Massage Therapy License, Personal Training Certification, Physical Therapy, Corrective Exercise, Sports Medicine Degree, Yoga Certification, Exercise Science Degree OR related field

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
Studio hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; Saturdays 8am-5pm
