Job Description PM&R Medical Director – New Orleans, Louisiana Setting: Inpatient Rehab Facility Clinical Role Seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Physiatrist Patient Volume: 18–20 patients/day Shared Call Schedule: 1:4 4 physicians currently in the market Group maintains an active compliance program Facility Tool: Uses MD Coder for efficient, compliant charge entry and billing code support Compensation & Employment Medical Director Base Salary (Full-time): $200,000 (guaranteed) Staff Physician Base Salary (Full-time): $180,000 (guaranteed) Bonus Structure: Once threshold is met, provider receives 70% of billings Full-time physicians typically earn $230,000 to $425,000 (salary production bonus) Employment Type: W2 for full-time 1099 available for part-time directly through hiring entity Benefits for W2 Employees: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Organization Info Nationwide physiatry group with 100 physicians Stable, established inpatient rehabilitation network Next Steps Interested or know someone who might be?Ask about our generous referral fees!
