Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking an Electrode Welder to support production of complex titanium castings for aerospace and defense customers. In this role you will perform precision MIG welding of titanium electrodes, follow detailed work instructions and blueprints, and verify weld quality to strict industry and customer standards. You will set up welding equipment, inspect parts, and document work in a lean, safety‑focused environment. Working with a collaborative team, you’ll support continuous improvement while building skills in advanced manufacturing within a stable, growth‑oriented global organization.
