* Notify Hammer Head Security Dispatch and Management immediately following emergency notifications.

* Never pursue, detain, or physically confront suspects.

* Follow Hammer Head Security's Observe and Report policy at all times.

* Prepare detailed Incident Reports documenting observations, actions taken, witness information, photographs, and final outcomes.

Customer Service Responsibilities

* Provide professional customer service to clients, tenants, employees, visitors, vendors, and the public.

* Respond courteously to questions and requests for assistance.

* Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during difficult situations.

* Report client concerns and maintenance issues promptly.

* Represent Hammer Head Security with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

* Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required).

* Valid California Driver License with a clean driving record.

* Previous mobile patrol or security experience preferred.

* Ability to safely operate a patrol vehicle during day, evening, and overnight shifts.

* Strong observation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.

* Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Ability to walk, stand, drive, climb stairs, and patrol for extended periods.

* Ability to operate smartphones, GPS systems, mobile reporting applications, and company communication platforms.

* Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.

* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.

Schedule
