Speech Language Pathologist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation and treatment for individuals experiencing communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on patient needs and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about communication strategies and assistive devices.
Qualifications
- Current New York State license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Graduate of a college/university accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association with a degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting is preferred.
Location
Position available in a skilled nursing facility located in New York.
Work Schedule
Full-time position; Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
