About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who’s excited to build elegant, scalable software and have a direct impact on the company’s technical foundation and product direction.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams to develop user-facing features, design backend APIs, and help define our architecture as we scale.

You will:

• Build and ship new product features across the stack — from the frontend UI to backend APIs.

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality code using modern frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with product and design to create seamless user experiences.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.

• Work on data-intensive systems and integrations that power the platform.

TypeScript (frontend & backend)
React, React Native, Next.js, Nest.js, GraphQL
Postgres (with modern data frameworks)
Temporal, Pulumi, Docker, AWS

‍ We’ll Be Excited If You

• Have 4+ years of experience as a full stack or software engineer.

• Are passionate about solving meaningful problems and improving people’s lives.

• Enjoy working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.

• Are comfortable taking ideas from concept to production.

• Communicate clearly and thrive in collaborative teams.

• Have a strong grasp of modern web technologies and frameworks.

Bonus: Experience with healthcare data, AI/ML, data visualization, or complex system integrations.
