Requirements Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming Wagyu beef products and supplies Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular audits and cycle counts Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Label, stage, and coordinate shipments to meet delivery schedules Ensure packaging meets food safety, quality, and presentation standards Quality & Safety Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, packing, and work areas Follow company policies and applicable USDA or state regulations General Operations Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed Operate basic warehouse equipment (scales, pallet jacks, freezers/coolers) Support special projects, events, or seasonal volume increases Perform other duties as assigned to support team success Required Qualifications & Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods Comfort working in cold or refrigerated environments Clear written and verbal communication Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Familiarity with inventory software or order management systems Knowledge of food safety or quality control practices Work Environment Warehouse and cold-storage setting Hands-on, fast-paced environment Schedule may include early mornings, weekends, or seasonal overtime as needed Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or food handling Physical Requirements & Working Environment The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
