Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Senior Associate specializing in Transactional Tax for its New York, NY office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in law-firm settings, focusing on transactional tax matters. Duties Advise on domestic and cross-border M&A matters. Handle partnership tax matters and private equity fund formation. Provide guidance on capital markets and financings. Collaborate with a global team of tax lawyers on complex tax issues. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in transactional tax matters. Experience with domestic and cross-border transactions. Proficiency in partnership tax and private equity fund formation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
