Workplace Experience Group is seeking an accomplished Chef De Cuisine to take the helm of culinary operations at one of our premier locations. As the Chef De Cuisine, you will serve as the lead culinary professional, overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations while setting the standard for excellence, consistency, and innovation. From menu development and food quality to team leadership and operational execution, you will ensure every dish reflects the sophistication and high standards our clients expect. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in large-scale, high-volume culinary environments and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of creativity and discipline, with demonstrated experience driving culinary programs, developing talent, and maintaining exceptional standards for food safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: The salaried rate for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00. Aramark offers comprehensive benefit programs and services for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, and work/life resources. Job Responsibilities:

• Trains and leads kitchen personnel
• Supervises/coordinates all related culinary activities
• Estimates food consumption and requisition or purchase food
• Selects and develops recipes and standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
• Establishes presentation technique and quality standards, and plans and prices menus
• Ensures proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensures proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen
• Oversees special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques

Qualifications:

• Requires at least 2-3 years in a related position
• Requires at least 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
• Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
• Requires experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems.
• Requires verbal, reading, and written communication skills
