Local Plumbing Company – Central Oregon
We are an established, locally owned plumbing company looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling a busy phone line, and able to provide excellent support to both our customers and field technicians.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls professionally and provide excellent customer service
Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Communicate with and support field technicians throughout the day
Accurately enter and maintain customer and job information
Assist with customer follow-up and general office duties
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
Qualifications
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Google Suite/Microsoft Office proficient
Strong communication and organizational skills
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask
Comfortable using scheduling software
Previous customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office experience preferred
QuickBooks experience - Light data entry, AP,
ServiceTitan or home-service industry experience a plus.
Position: Part-Time
Pay: $20 an hour
Schedule: 7:30am - 12:30pm
