RN Medical/Surgical

Provide nursing care in a medical/surgical setting. Monitor and assess patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Demonstrate knowledge of medical equipment and technologies. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
