A growing and established company in the home improvement industry is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead a high-volume inside sales and call center organization.
Reporting directly to the COO, this executive leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, developing sales leaders, and creating a culture of accountability and performance.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who knows how to turn leads into revenue, build winning teams, and deliver consistent results.
What You'll Do
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals
- Lead and develop sales supervisors and the inside sales team
- Improve lead-to-sale conversion rates and sales effectiveness
- Drive accountability through KPI management and performance coaching
- Optimize sales processes, CRM utilization, and operational efficiency
- Partner with marketing leadership to maximize lead quality and ROI
- Build a high-performance culture focused on growth and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven success driving revenue growth and sales performance
- Experience leading inside sales, call center, or high-volume sales teams
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team development skills
- Data-driven approach to sales management and decision-making
- Experience building accountability and performance-focused cultures
