What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate drilling or heavy equipment in an industrial setting Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement Ability to follow technical instructions, layouts, and drilling plans Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to changing production needs Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer

• 28.76 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate
• 2,000 Sign‑On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
