Overview
A therapist-owned outpatient practice is seeking a passionate Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a patient-first, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
You'll play a key role in helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and enhance quality of life while working alongside a supportive and growth-oriented clinical team.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based orthopedic care to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic, sports-related, and functional impairments
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (required)
- Active or eligible state PT license
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics
- Dry Needling Certification (highly preferred)
- Experience with sports or geriatric populations
- Additional manual therapy techniques (e.g., cupping, IASTM)
