Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll manage patient needs and administer care using cutting‑edge technology as part of a robust interdisciplinary team. Compensation You will earn up to $40.55 - $44.40 per hour as starting wages. Base wages: $35.15 - $39.00 hourly (pay based on years of certification)

• 3.40 per hour hero pay
• 1.50 - $2.00 shift premium for 2nd shift

Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care. Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as a resource for clinical issues. Ensure completion of required reports such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive healing environment. Qualifications Current RN license in Michigan (or national RN) and current CPR/BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher). Strong analytical skills to develop personalized care plans, implement nursing care and rehabilitation, and solve complex patient problems. Excellent customer‑service skills with commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care. Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving goals.
